5. Cancellations and Refunds

In case of cancellation by the client, any refund or credit will depend on the stage of planning and costs already incurred. Bonzai Events reserves the right to retain part or full payment to cover administrative or vendor costs. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, ensuring access to event venues, and obtaining required permissions unless otherwise agreed.

7. Third-Party Vendors

Bonzai Events may recommend or hire third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, photographers) on behalf of the client. We are not liable for the independent actions, quality, or performance of these vendors, though we take reasonable measures to ensure reliability and quality.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Bonzai Events or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bonzai Events will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or third-party links. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the contracted services.
